Mindset

Founder and lead engineer, Mindset Technologies. March 2026 to now.

At Mindset, my work spans custom electronics, signal processing, and software for neural interfaces, exploring ways to use these signals in interactive applications.

Chapter 1

Hardware

Custom EEG acquisition boards are part of my work at Mindset, from circuit design and layout in KiCad to electrical rules checks and simulation.

This work brings together analog electronics, embedded systems, and practical design review.

Chapter 2

Signal processing

My signal-processing work combines GPU software for EEG in CUDA and C++ with Python interfaces and tools for inspecting recordings. Acquisition and classification software on Linux is another part of that work.

Chapter 3

Application integration

C and C++ interfaces connect my embedded and signal-processing work with interactive applications, including integration work with Unity, Unreal, and OpenXR.

Areas I am exploring include VR and spatial computing interfaces, and accessibility tools for people who have difficulty with conventional input devices.

Credit. My OpenXR integration work uses the Khronos Group's OpenXR SDK, under the Apache 2.0 licence.

Chapter 4

Research at Northeastern

My undergraduate research at Northeastern's Erdogmus Lab, separate from Mindset, began in January 2026 and focuses on low-cost EEG acquisition, embedded signal processing, and neural-interface classification. That month, Northeastern's PEAK Base Camp Award supported my brain-computer interface research.
